This week, to ‘celebrate’ the 10th anniversary of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), I produced a series of video interviews with academics, innovators and policy advocates for Public Knowledge. The videos deal with the legacy of the DMCA ten years later—its effectiveness, its impact on the marketplace and its unintended consequences.
